Ash Cleeve is a large wood elven village nestling at a fork in the paths through the Forest of Night.[1]
Description[]
It is the furthest east that a wood elf community can be found in Allansia today.
The village leader is Sorrel, a wood elf whose name among his own people is Eledorn Falestein.[2] Ash Cleeve's military commander is Bistort, who spends much of his time hunting down and destroying the dark elves who terrorize the forest's inhabitants.[3]
The elves endeavour to maintain the tracks through the Forest and to hold back the giant spiders who infest the inner depths of the forest. The elves trade with the humans dwelling in the metropolis of Sardath and those looking for employment in the small town of Grimmund, which lies at the south of the Forest of Night.
