Astares, sometimes referred as the Moon Sister, is a seeress liveing in the Fire Swamps. She is said to be a demigodess, and possesses the power of foresight and vision. She survived the initial assault of the Bone Demon (Amarillia).[1] [2]
During the Demonwar, some leaders of the resistance (Burr, the proud Centaur (Amarillia), Brock, the stout Dwarf, Jarl the giant with his hear of oak, and Anvar (Amarillia), the fearless warrior) came to ask advice to her. [3] She finally helped get the Casket of Souls back from the Bone Demon.[4]
