Balci was a small settlement in Lupravia, only a few hours from Maun.
Description[]
It had very little of note to distinguish it from any other Lupravian village or town - its architecture keeps the sharply pointed roofs and gable-ends that is common to that part of Mauristatia.
Its inhabitants lived in constant fear of wolf attacks, and it is occasionally visited by the Carnivale.[1]
