Baopo is the name of a dangerous spell from the Isles of the Dawn, which generates an incredibly powerful blast of heat when cast.

It was the opening gambit in the sorcerous duel between Maior and Feior, when the former was on the receiving end and learned that it could be cancelled out by casting Shangsuo. As might be expected, large amounts of water render this spell useless.
