A batfish possessed a serpentine body, black eyes, and a pair of fins on its sides.
Special Abilities[]
A batfish possessed the ability to propel itself from the water and a short distance into the air. This was sometimes to escape predators, but was also used to assault passing sailors aboard nearby vessels.[1]
