Bird People, also known as Bird Men, Bird-Men or Birdmen, were a race of widespread creatures with bird and human features.

Description[]

They were described as winged, bird-headed (though some only had bird feathers about their heads) humanoids with taloned hands and feet, and feathers that ranged in hue from green to black to grey.

Some tribes of bird people would sometimes launch attacks upon travellers for shiny metallic items, while others would simply attack if commanded to by a suitable leader, such as the Archmage of Mampang, who controlled many of the tribes in the Zanzunu Peaks.

If they were successful upon attacking upon a suitably light creature, a bird person could hoist their victim high into the air before dropping them again to their doom.[1]

Origins and Distribution[]

Tribes of bird people could be found across all three continents of Titan, from the mountains of Kakhabad to the more primitive tribes within Moonstone Hills of Allansia.[2]

The labyrinthine bird people towns of the Zanzunu Peaks became embroiled in infighting, after attacks by the Archmage of Mampang Fortress. In the aftermath many chose to become his troops. It was bird people who stole the Crown of Kings from Analand for the Archmage.

In Khul, bird people in the land of Kazan were known as the boulyanthrop.
