Black candles are candles used in some technomancy rituals by the Goblins of Pangaria.[1] The exact colour of the candle is not essential though it appears that the darker the candle the better, such as when the Elder Technomancer Vizigg told the Hero of Crystal of Storms that the black candle they had collected was "more of a dark grey colour, but it'll do".[1]
