The Cabal of the Werewolf is a secret Brician society thought to be based in Blackhaven.[1] Its members bear "the Werewolf's Mark".
Description[]
It is believed to have connection with a powerful clique of Brician nobles who are hell-bent of starting a second War of the Four Kingdoms, including Karam Gruul. Matra Ouspenskaya claims she was a former member, and then a victim of this organisation.[2] Its members included Orcs, Trolls, Werebeasts, and Brician nobles.[1] The Cabal's members are described as "war criminals", meaning that they fought in, and committed atrocities in, the War of the Four Kingdoms.[1]
