Corbo Rundum was a swarthy-skinned man wearing voluminous robes and a flamboyant inventor from Quartz.
Description[]
He invented and flew a flying balloon. The drought at Quartz and a sighting of a brass fish in the sky led to Rundum to investigate whether the fish and the drought were connected. This led to a Sand Elemental attacking him over the Howling Plains. [1]
If saved by the Hero of Tannatown, Rundum would later off the hero assistance in reaching the Eye of the Storm and would help fight off a Stormdrake attack if necessary. [2]
