A Cradoc is a monster found in Deathmoor in northeast Khul.
Origins and Distribution[]
Cradocs are bizarre creatures from legend, which still may be found roaming certain areas of northern Khul. One of these terrible monsters was killed by a hero who entered the Deathmoor on a quest to rescue Princess Telessa.[1]
Description[]
Cradocs have dinosaur-like bodies with four legs and two heads on long necks, one a dragon's head, the other an ogre's head.[2]
Special Abilities[]
A Cradoc's dragon head is capable of emitting a fiery breath, which inflicts (according to the basic Fighting Fantasy rules) 2 points of Damage.[3][4]
The creature, if mortally wounded, will regenerate unless its ogre head is cut off. The regenerative effect is almost instantaneous, and the Cradoc will attack as soon as it has regenerated 8 stamina points.[5] Even if separated from the body, the dragon head is still capable of slithering along the ground and attacking on its own.[6]
