Cumbleside was a town built under the shadows of the Witchtooth Line.
Description[]
Its people abandoned it after becoming weary of defending it against the constant stream of malice which descended from the mountains (during the War of the Wizards). Home to Doktor Kauderwelsch, who lived in the tower on the towns outskirts. The entire town is filled with booby-traps to ward off invaders.[1] The River Cumble runs through the town.
It is later mentioned by Maxillon Crabb that "Doktor Welsch" has traveled from Cumbleside to Blackhaven "of late"; Welsch has secretly brought his mother's corpse from Cumbleside to Craven Asylum.[2]
