Before the War of the Wizards, Cutsilver was a walled city-state which lay in the middle of the Southern Plains in north-west Allansia.[1]

Cutsilver was located in the old province of Ciarensia.[2]
Since Cutsilver does not appear on any map of Allansia in more recent times, it seems that it, like Balkash, fell into ruin and disappeared from common knowledge.
