The Diamond Islands are a group of islands in the Diamond Sea, north the Old World.[1]
Description[]
Little is known of these islands or of their inhabitants (if they have any), nor is it known why they are referred to as the "Diamond Islands". The book Beyond the Pit describes the Diamond Islands as "frozen islands", and describes them (along with the Cragspider Islands and the Ice Wastes of Northern Allansia) as being part of the "polar northern regions" of Titan. [2] It also describes the islands as being populated by Polar Bears. [2]
Greel hunting operations are known to take place upon the Diamond Islands.[3]
According to one source, Brice claims sovereignty over these Islands, and mines diamonds from the archipelago to be shipped to and sold in the port of Quill. [4]
