Fazilus Astra was a former wizard, now a beggar living out of Port Blacksand.
Description[]
He was still able to practice magic, which allowed him to communicate by telepathy, and to do divination. He also had powerful potions, such as a poison antidote, or a potion of Nostalgia, which he would rather offer to the one who made him the alms than use it to escape his condition. [1]
History[]
He considered himself a great wizard, before joining the city, where he was captured by Azzur, who allowed his lackeys to mutilate him: Lord Azzur's Mouth cut off his tongue, Lord Azzur's Ears pierced his eardrums and Lord Azzur's Eyes struck out his eyes.
