Captain Halleck is a Human officer of the Pangarian Sky Watch, the commander of the Watchhouse of the home island of the Hero of Crystal of Storms.[1]
History[]
Halleck had risen in the ranks of the Sky Watch officers, recieving his own pair of hovers, reaching the rank of captain, and becoming the commanding officer of the Watchhouse of one of the outer islands of Pangaria (either Altos, Cirrus, or Cumulus).[1] He had a number of officers under his command, including his Watchhouse's newest recruit, the Hero of Crystal of Storms.[1] This was a peaceful and uneventful time in Pangaria, until the entire Sky Watch was summoned to the Citadel on Nimbus.[1]
After recieving the summons in the morning, he organised his officers to travel by flyer to the Citadel.[1] Once there, he realised that he had forgotten his hovers and coin bag (with 10 Gold Pieces), and ordered the Hero of Crystal of Storms to go back to the Watchhouse to get them, and continued with the rest of his Watch to the Citadel.[1][2]
