Haven was a small village directly south of Firetop Mountain, near a stream that fed into the Red River. [1]

Haven was a poverty-stricken village of 148 inhabitants, whose inhabitants survived mainly by scavenging material from the nearby Greendepths forest.[1]
It was one of three villages in the Firetop Mountain region (along with Anvil and Gilford), and the closest to the Mountain.[1]
