Hero of Return to Firetop Mountain

The Hero of Return to Firetop Mountain was an adventurer and sword for hire who stopped to rest in Anvil after a week long march and was told that Zagor had returned.

He or she eventually defeated the resurrected warlock with the aid of the Supreme Elementals of Light and returned to Anvil with a fortune in gold and jewels.

The hero began the adventure possessing "clothes suitable for travelling" and no mention is made of armour. He or she was a stranger to Stonebridge and Yaztromo.

It is possible that the hero took part in other books, either before or afterwards.

In the book Allansia, the option of having the Hero of Return to Firetop Mountain join the team of adventurers taking part in in the Allansia adventure A Darkness Over Kaad is given.
