Hero of Talisman of Death

The Hero of Talisman of Death was a human from Earth, transported to the world of Orb by the gods of Fate and Time in order to take the Talisman of Death back to Earth, beyond the reach of the Orb god of Death. The hero returned to Earth through a portal to a circle of standing stones, only then discovering the identities of the gods who summoned him in the first place.

As the hero's memories are hazy until returning to Earth, he or she could conceivably also have taken part in any book with a protagonist who might have come from Earth. For reasons of continuity, it would be more difficult for another book to follow this one, however.
