The Ice Wastes are a vast, bitterly cold region in Allansia, north of both the Icefinger Mountains and the Freezeblood Mountains. [1]
Little is known of the Ice Wastes, except that they are part of the "polar northern regions" of Titan, and that both Polar Bears and Snow Tigers live there. [2][3]
