Imperator is a magic sword of considerable power, that once belonged to the fifth of the Knights of the Thorn.
Description[]
Imperator grants a +1 skill modifier to its wielder, and is an especially useful weapon to destroy living-deads, against whom the skill modifier becomes +2. Not only that, but it can land a deadly blow to a vampire at the start of the fight, costing them no less than 8 stamina points if its wielder wins the first attack round. If not on the other hand, that power can only be used once.
In addition, it is imbued with potent healing and protecting magic, healing all diseases, restoring all skill points lost to spectres and other living-deads, and cancelling one spell targetting its wielder.[1]
Unfortunately, this blade could only be wielded by heroes untainted by Evil. Anyone suffering from Lycanthropy would lose 2 stamina point upon touching it.[2] Worse, it would fly and fatally stab anyone suffering from Latent Vampirism who would get too close.[3]
