King Jonthane, along with his sister Queen Elegana, was the male co-ruler of Arion and descendant of Brendan Bloodaxe.[1]
Description[]
Jonthane was the son of King Brendan IV, who died in a hunting disaster near Lake Nekros in 281 AC.[2]
History[]
Years later, Jonthane's daughter, Princess Telessa, was captured by the wizard Arachnos.[3] However, a hero known saved the princess from death, defeating Arachnos in the process and earning half the kingdom as payment.

- It has been speculated that Jonthane is a relative of the famous Ruler of Arion who defeated the sorceress Morgana, or the heroic king himself.[4]
