Julius Lecarte was an adventurer and trader who roams southern Allansia with his pet sabre-toothed tiger, Snag.[1]
Description[]
He was searching for his missing father, Tadeus Lecarte, who disappeared several years ago. During the siege of Vymorna, he and the a hero reportedly used flashpowder ("Sulis Vitae from Sardath") against a squad of lizard men riding lizards,[2] a rare application of gunpowder technology on Titan.
