Mencius comes from a world where mages are all malicious and evil, and, if caught, they are burnt at stake - at least in the lands of Margrave Mechtner. Mencius has jet-black hair and is The Magehunter's nemesis.[1]
When in Kallamehr, Mencius convinced the ruler Asiah Albudur to grant him permission to live in Rangor Tower, a building that was left empty after the death of previous ruler.[2]
