Initially created by the Riddling Reaver using his Particle Blender, a Powdered Creature is one of his most useful inventions.

By some obscure combination of alchemy and magic, he succeeded in transforming a number of different beings into a powder. When this powder is mixed with water, it instantly returns to its original form as though nothing had ever happened to it. However, if only a small portion of this powder is mixed, then the creature will be a miniature version - as happened to a Silver Dragon that was part of the Reaver's collection. It is presumed that a Pocket Dragon is created in this fashion and it is also unknown whether or not repeatedly adding small amounts of the same powder will create multiple miniature versions of the original creature.
