Ramatu was the Great Priest of Quezkari, who resided on Bone Island. He was in cahoots with Captain Cinnabar, his idol's most fanatical worshipper, and was the one who had raised him as an undead, before resurrecting him to true life and immortality.

Description

He channeled his evil idol's power through the Crystal of Exoteric Energies, that gives him magic powers. When confronted, he was protected by his zombies and could cast deadly spells, before fighting with a Screaming Dagger, a golden weapon with an obsidian blade, that emitted awful screams that weakens his foe and only as a second choice, if the Crystal is destroyed, he'd use a golden dagger with an obsidian blade that he hides in his robes (which was likely the same weapon, but unpowered).

History

Ramatu conjured spirits to plague the nearby indigenous villages, and abducted several of them to turn them into mask zombies at his command.
