Sapphire City was a large, prosperous town south of the Desert of Skulls.
Description[]
It is famous for its gemstone mines and attracted many for the fabulous wealth that was constantly available to any warrior willing to carry gems or money across the perilous desert.[1]
The Skeletal Dragon Ktuliaxus the Cruel was known to often attack "all who wander the remote trails between Oyster Bay and Sapphire City, whether they be traders, prospectors or even Caarth patrols". [2]
