Sharnek is a village on the western fringes of the Shamutanti Hills, near the meeting point of Analand, Kakhabad, Lendleland and Mauristatia.
Inhabitants of the village, which lies above the abandoned Bluestone Mines and the Ghoulcrypts, included the Gatekeeper and Old Grundy, the former foreman of the mines.[1]
