The Shrine of Destiny is a large temple on top of a high mountain. It is located in Eastern Arantis.[1] The Shrine's exterior is a white marble temple, protected by two Flying Guardians.[2]
The Shrine was created by the Gods to protect the Pendulum of Fate, a powerful magical artifact.[1] No agent of the Gods is allowed to enter the Shrine - The Riddling Reaver tried to do so several times, but failed each time. [2]
The inside of the Shrine is not a place of worship, but rather "a vast Creature, created in the Godtime (and therefore without a name)".[3] The interior houses the Creature's various organs and has assorted creatures living inside it.[3]
