Silur Cha was the capital of the Lizard Man Empire in Allansia.[1][2]
Description[]
The city was located deep within the Swamplands of Silur Cha. The Council of Thirteen, the group of lizard kings that governs all the lizard men in Allansia, is based here, led by the Luck Ten Cha, the High King who leads the Council.[2]
Silur Cha was the name given to both the city and the swamps around it.[1] The name of the city translates as "Home to the Supreme Majesties of All Lizards".[1] Except in the scrying pools of sorcerers, no human has seen Silur Cha and lived to tell the tale.[1]
The metropolis of Silur Cha was a labyrinth of houses, places of worship, dwellings, open wooden walkways (both on the surface and way up in the sky), towers, soldiers' quarters, wide squares, pools and streams, all carved out of the marshlands.[2]Much of Silur Cha's buildings are built on wooden platforms over a swamp, although the most important buildings have stone foundations (created by magically transmuting the swamp mud into solid rock).[2]
The city was decorated with carvings devoted to extolling the lizard men's history and religious beliefs. The despised mutant lizard men were forbidden to enter Silur Cha without special permission.[2]
There is a temple to the Demon Prince Ishtra near Silur Cha, a monastery-like building where the two-head lizard man priests worship their master and store their knowledge.[2]
