Terryal children run the world of Terryal-6. They are born with high intelligence and skill and they are placed in high positions right after birth. As they grow older, they rapidly become senile and incapable to do their jobs, and then they are replaced by youngsters. One of their leaders was Luff.[1]
Terryal astronomy is advanced enough that they can predict the collision of universes to exact Stardates.[2] Their medicine is also excellent and one medic, Ledoux, could restore everyone on the starship Traveller to full health within an hour.[3] The Terryals are always on the lookout for new technology, and will offer their services in exchange for weapons, systems, and defences on visiting ships, data that they can learn an analyse within hours.[4] However, they will attack anyone who tries to stall them or renege on the deal.[5]
