"The Horned God" is the name given to the chief god of Gallantaria.

There he is perceived as the ultimate elemental god. Worship of him in more ancient times would be focused in great stone circles, such as Cauldon Ring. It was the Horned God who presented the hero who defeated Voivod and the Shadow Warriors with the Spear of Doom, a god-forged weapon that brings life to the dead and death to the living. He is strongly associated with the Earth Mother.

He is often equated with the god Titan.
