The Ploughman is a god is strongly associated with Galana, the goddess of Plants and Fertility.

It is possible that rather than being a child of Galana, this god is a minor deity under her protection. Farmers venerate him. It is possible that the Khulian deity Cholumbara is one in the same as the Ploughman given the vast similarity of their domains.
