Time is the God of time and aging.[1]. He was discovered by Logaan when the Trickster was exploring the "furtherest planes". Logaan and Time were later captured by Death.[1] Death later placed Logaan and Time in a sack, and tossed them both out in front of the gods of the Celestial Court. Death threatened to release Time into the universe unless the Celestial Court gave him control of Titan.[1] The Celestial Court refused. Death later assembled an army of evil which included Time.[1] This army battled against the forces of Good during the First Battle. An attack by Galana, Glantanka and Kilanirax caused Time to explode, and spread throughout Titan.[1] As a result of Time's destruction, all beings on Titan became mortal, doomed to eventually die of old age.[1]
Time is generally considered to be the same deity as the Kakhabadian God of Time, Chronada.[2] The sage Fabneaus of Corda has stated that "The destruction of the Time-God Chronada during the First Battle released unstable chronological forces upon the world of Titan". If correct, this means that the two beings are actually the same deity.[3]
Further Notes[]
- Fabneaus noted that Time's destruction released "time-eddies" on certain parts of Titan, especially the islands. Occasionally these "time-eddies" form into localised phases, that can accelerate or even reverse the evolution of creatures nearby.[3]
