A Two-Headed Troll was a mutated variation of a normal troll, specifically one that possessed two heads.[1]
Description[]
A two-headed troll would often possess other mutations, such as a tail or spikes. They often had tusks in their mouths.
As with many creatures with multiple heads, they would constantly argue amongst themselves, for they were no smarter than a regular troll.
They would typically keep a meticulously kept weapon or two, such as a sharpened battle axe or sword.
