Vallaska Roue was a hugely overweight Human in the service of Zharradan Marr.

Description

He was responsible for introducing both Thugruff and Darramouss to Marr, and seen as being both reliable and valuable to Marr's aims, since he had the knack of finding exactly the right talent when it was needed.

History

Roue was to be held responsible for the finding (or failure to do so) of the Elven village of Stittle Woad, but was killed by Chadda Darkmane on board the Galleykeep near the end of the Trolltooth Wars.
